  Left my electric toothbrush in room. Called same day 12 hours later. It was not logged in. Have to go to a website to log in on I left my stuff. Really lacking customer service on this one. I have left my fav shampoo, shoes on separate occasions at the Intercontinental on Front. Each time items have been returned to me. Who would want a toothbrush? In a case with mom on it.

  Nice room with separate bath. Spacious room. Clean. Nice food prep area. Very close to the Downtown core.

  No shelf space in bathroom. Noisy when on a low floor on Younge street. As a woman traveling I don’t like the twists and turns of the corridors on each floor to get to my room. Can see around each corner. I feel vulnerable. Lack of security.

  The room had a fridge, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. This was very useful.

  Room slightly smaller than we had imagined (studio). I asked the concierge for a vase for flowers which had been sent to us. They didn't have one!

  The first room was given only had a Murphy Bed which is unacceptable given I was paying full rate and requested a King bed. They subsequently "upgraded" me to a suite which had a King bed.

  The hotel staff was very friendly and was sure to check that all of our needs were met. The room was very spacious and clean. Also, the location is ideal for any downtown Toronto needs.

  Excellent location. Right on subway. Well presented lobby. Clean and tidy. Quiet.

  Very surprised with the bathroom. The smallest I have ever experienced having stayed in 100+ 4/5 star hotels in many countries. Shower curtain, sliding door to room, towel rack over toilet cistern. Room was described as a "suite" but it was just a compact room with a washing machine where a mini bar would be, plus a hob. "Atrium view" translated into a window overlooking a narrow interior space with moderate natural light filtering down making for a permanently dull room. The entrance from King Street is grubby (due mainly to foot traffic from the adjacent subway entrance) which creates a poor first impression. Much much better when entered from Melinda Street which is really the main entrance.

  The rooms were very comfortable and allow you to cook for yourself if you so choose.

  I found the staff downstairs in the lobby extremely slow, especially when it came to ordering a cab. I stood at the desk for 5mins. While the person stood and looked at a computer. I had to say excuse me are you working before I was acknowledge. Front desk I was their 20 mins with the girl because she didn't know what she was doing.

  The room was larger than I had expected with an extremely comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful when my partner and I were asking for directions to a restaurant. Bathroom was lovely (separate bath and shower). A wonderful stay!

  The beds are very confortable. The room is spacious and to have a kitchenette with a diswasher + laundry is great! The hight ceilings where a plus too. The location is perfect, it's close to everything. It's also connected to the path (the underground) wich can be practical.

  The bellman where awfull! I explained to them that I had 10 000$ worth of equipment in some of my suitcases and that I needed to have them secure for 3 hours after check out. They still wanted them to be in the corridor even though there was a locked room designed for this.

  the front staff were great the location is perfect for downtown TO close to sports theater pubs and great food .Our limo ride to the air port was the same price as a cab and the driver was the best we have ever had This hotel has become our home in Toronto from now on We have stayed here before and will stay no where else

  the construction but this to shall pass.
